Really, I don´think that exist something like the ideal job. It´s very dificult to find a place that join together the things that somebody always dreamed. But if I have to choose one, I think that I would like work in a place related to the artistic world. I imagine that my ideal job can be in a museum or a cultural center, but I would like specifically learn about paintings and modern art. My first option always was study art and work as an artist, maybe taking photos or making oil paintings. However, I know that in a country like Chile it´s very strange to live only in exhibitions and thanks states resources. The common is work as a art teacher and I didn´t imagine me in pedagogy. Certainly, my perspective it has changed. I´m happy to study journalism but I think frequently how it would be my life in another carreer, with another vocation. I hope that in the future, when I finish journalism, I could mix the art with my career, maybe in the cinema or literary criticism.
Mixing those things is a very good idea! I´m sure you can find the way in the future.
ResponderEliminarI share your opinion, there is no ideal job but if you want to develop your self like an artist you should try to study something more related to arts than journalism. Maybe you should be studying to become a filmmaker. It’s in the same place and you could learn a lot about photography and writing. Cheers
ResponderEliminarJournalism should be considered as an art. Is the main source of reading for the actual society and because of the lightness of the journalists is having a very bad influence in the world. You could rebel and turn your profession into your art
ResponderEliminarFor that reason all we entry to study Journalism or not? because we have a lot things that we love, so a Journalist can learn about all :)
